It's also great for presentation points. Whenever I'm rocking the poor-mode cooking, I throw a whole egg, some seaweed, sesame seeds and a few thinly sliced mushrooms onto ramen. Gives you a few extra grams of protein I guess

I've tried japanese curry and it was awful.
Also, why would you use shitty ground beef for this. Get a nice hunk of something cheaptough and slow cook that shit.
