what do you think of pre-made pizza crusts?

bagged cheese blend.
I hate them. Once I tried to find pizza dough to use in a pizza (didn't think ahead enough to make it) but none of the stores I looked in had it, even whole foods was out, so I bought one of the premade ones. Terrible. Reminded me of lunchables in the worst way possible.

Any recipe I've tried with that short of a proofing time is way to elastic to handle. I prefer overnight or more.
