I have a popcorn maker and popcorn packets that make it just like the theater. Only thing that I'm really missing is the "butter" sauce, but I don't mind going without it since it's probably unhealthy as shit. The packets I have look something like this.

Didn't buy em, they came with the popcorn machine. Bought it from a movie rental place that was going out of business. When I run out I'll just buy seeds and oil.

How do I make it kettle?

Pop in oil, spritz with clarified butter from a spray bottle, toss with salt and grated parm.

Alternately, omit parm and use hickory or tobasco salt instead.
