Great chef, well established, not the dick head that his TV personality tends to be.

He's a executive chef at heart, and has the temperament of one. But he knows what's up.. He became a celebrity chef, when celeb chefs were still chefs that earned that status through their culinary success. Now an ass load celebrity "chefs" just do "quick and easy" recipes for the general public to jerk off over and think they know what they're doing.
