Not the only one but it's my favorite personally. And there's a reason to the cayenne thing too. I think it's the most instructional channel for learning cooking basics and good technique.

Apart from her voice in the intro, I enjoy Laura in the Kitchen. Good variety of different types of food, from quick meals to something that takes longer, to baking to desserts. Sorted Food is another favourite of mine, though I think they're kind of susceptible to fangirls and groupies.
