/ck/, what do you use in your omelette? What do you put in your filler?

Pic related, I just made this. My filler uses avocado, cheese, garlic and cooked salmon.

I don't usually eat enough eggs at one time to put a bunch of stuff inside, so usually they're just seasoned simply and frequently eaten in a sandwich with other ingredients.

Also beat your eggs fully next time. Those white spots are almost as off-putting as brown spots or crispy corners.

I have three favorite omelettes:

>classic French omelette with herbs

>mushroom omelette, using several kinds of mushrooms, sauteed in butter with shallots

>"southwestern" style omelette with potatoes, cheese, pico de gallo, sliced serranos, and avocado (this is an omelette I used to eat a lot in college when I was hungover at a local cafe, and so now I make it myself when I want a really hearty breakfast)

I don't generally put meat in my omelettes, just because (imo) it overpowers the flavor of the eggs and whatever vegetables you use, but sometimes ham is nice in omelettes.

I reverse image search supposed OC far more than is healthy, but you'd have to be autistic to do it in this case. It's an average looking homemade omelette that completely fits the OP description.

Really? The texture of the eggs isn't too good if theyre overcooked.
