The pasta seems old and too much crunchy, the sauce seems not a fresh tomato sauce.

I know people like a plain crust for aesthetic value, but honestly there is never a reason NOT to cheese your pie all the way to the crust, just makes the crust even better when you get to it

I'm telling you my friends, this is the way to do it. Start cheesing your pizzas to the crust.

Dough was made that morning and i think recipe was bad. Not mine but my dad "knows best" i guess. Sauce was home made and from early tasteless tomatoes. I don't eat meat or tomatoes so thus one was made with grilled veggied and ketchup (sorry but i can't eat fresh tomatoes or anything not overly processed

I think your crust is nearly perfect, and the amount of sauce looks right. I think you just used the wrong kind of cheese. If you have access to an oven that gets that hot there's no reason to use low moisture mozzarella. Should have used fresh.

Maybe it's the lighting but that sauce looks really weak and thin. Crust looks good on the end but obviously that shit's going to fall apart as soon as you lift it because of everything being pooled in the center.

I'm sure it doesn't taste bad at all it just looks better in the thumbnail.
