How can you eat bread from a grocery store after eating fresh made bread from an artisan bakery?

My grocery store does artisan bread.

White bread with olive oil but i forgot what type of oil i only remember it's heavily eaten in israel i suppose before meal... Maybe anons could help me with identification of oil?

Saw this video on Chefsteps

Cut up some carrots
Microwave them with plastic wrap over the bowl so it steams
Put some Greek Yogurt in a bowl + pinch of salt
Remove bowl of carrots and add salt, EVOO and fresh chopped cilantro
Add mixture into bowl of yogurt and sprinkle on some Garam Masala (I used ground cayenne pepper but it was still delicious as fuck)

Rice, butter, soy sauce

So-so bread still warm from the oven is better than the best bread in the world eight hours old.

I just mist a few slices with water, wrap in foil, and bake for 10 minutes or so. Pretty much exactly the same as fresh.
