Last nights grillin. The chicken looks a bit gnarly but it was super good. I coated it in mustard, louisiana, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Two baskets of mushrooms, some onion, red bell peppers, zucchini and bacon wrapped jalapenos with cream cheese. I just got into grilling a month ago and I'm hooked.

I really like Caramel Slices but the local bakery fucking butchers the recipe. They use really low quality cooking chocolate that tastes like wax with shitty shortbread and all the ratios are fucked up.
The bakery makes me so mad because it could be god but it's pretty bad. Only good thing is the prices, 60p per item average and the carrot cake but the icing is ass as expected.

The chocolate cookie tasted the same as when I made them in school. Don't get me started on the Pasties or sausage rolls.

Thanks brotato chip. Summer is all about grilled pizza at my house. Usually with nothing but a couple different cheeses for topping because that's how my uncultured heathenes vegetarian wife has brought up my kids.

This time, i snuck in some extra onions, sun dried tomatoes and garlic in the sauce. HOHOHO those fuckers couldn't even figure out the flavor town adventure that their mouths had been sent on. All they knew was that they liked it.

Thanks. I've been making them for around 8 years. I don't have a brick oven but I do have a quality stone. I've been contemplating the brick oven project for years but with my OCD I'm afraid of the resulting construction not being perfect enough. Anyway, the pizza pics always look oddly thicker than it actually is. Even that crust bubble isn't over an inch tall.

Hollow out big ass zucchini, oil insides with olive oil, salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes at 400F. For filling, 1 small bell pepper, 1 large tomato, 1 medium vidalia onion, 1 small yellow squash, and dice finely. Take a shallot and 3 cloves of garlic and mince. Take 1/2 lb ground beef, cook until just cooked, adding 1 tsp paprika, 2tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 white wine, fresh basil and parsley cut finely, salt & pepper to taste. Remove from pan leaving meat juice. Cook shallots and garlic in the juice, add onions and peppers. Sweat them then add the squash. Cook until al dente, then add tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes then add beef back to pan and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add mixture to inside of zucchini with sauce, then cover with your choice of cheese (I chose italian 6 cheese). Bake for 20 minutes at 400F. Take out, sprinkle with toasted panko breadcrumbs and put back under for another 5 minutes before serving.
The angel hair served with is just a mix of angel hair, salt, pepper, fresh basil, shallots, garlic, butter, and white wine all tossed in a wok and stir fried together.
