Pretty much every way imaginable. Stewed tomatoes are fucking delicious. Sun-dried on a pizza with garlic is based, but lately I've loved them diced and drizzled with a nice balsamic for some bruchetta, or even just with a slice of fresh mozzarella.

I'm about to have BLTs for dinner and the tomatoes are perfect. I am not a fan of the tomato texture but very thinly sliced is nice.
