I think we can all agree that mayo>mustard, fellas.

mix 2 parts mayo with 1 part natural yogurt
add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water
small amount of dry mixed herbs
half teaspoon of garlic granules
mix.

make fries
grate cheese
pour mayo/yogurt/garlic combo over fries
top with cheese

Mayo, especially a nice lemony or spicy homemade mayo, is the GOAT sauce for fries/frites.
Ketchup can go fuck itself in the ass with a bottle of sriracha.

Mayo is essentially spicy vegetable oil. Pretty gross! Mayo is one of my 'never eat' foods.
