a dip with matjes herring, also has dill, fresh cheese, sour apples and spices in it. eat with boiled potatoes and some butter.

I use a spoonful once every few months when I fancy a greek salad. The jar must be well over a year old. Still taste OK.

My two favorite things that I use them in are a sardine pasta dish, and Koningsberger Klopse.
