Remove bell pepper. It's only good for the crunch and gets soggy and ruined in an omelette.
Is that turkey or ham? Replace with sausage or pre-grill the ham/turkey.
Add finely diced roasted potatoes. Not much, just a bit.
More cheese to hold it all together.
Use real eggs, not the carton yellow shit in pic. Disgustingly overcooked.
After all that, throw it in the trash cause the idea of an omelette is garbage to begin with.
