i make pancakes pretty often. lately i've been eating oatmeal for my health though. my standard pancake recipe is 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, and then milk until it's runny enough. i put peanut butter or cocoa powder or oats in it sometimes to mix it up.
what do you like to add?

I add freshly milked milk and 5 tsp of brown sugar

Well how about that. Morning, though it's 2am here, just cooked up a batch, didn't quite hit peak fluffiness and this cream is too liquid, but a solid 7/10 over here.
