When the waiter told us about the hummus platter it sounded like a great idea. When he came back 15 minutes later with a mini compost bin full of humus, I realized my mistake.

I went to noma japan and it was great even tho rene had literally collected forest ants and wild pond ducks

really tho it was great especially the sake and juice pairings they offered with the meal

I'm tempted to book ahead for when I'm in Europe next, but I am way too embarrassed to take photographs in restaurants and frankly part of the appeal of going would be to #trigger people on /ck/.
