Yeah, I put herbs de Provence on a LOT of stuff. Mainly when I'm grilling chicken, fish, or even turkey and pork. And, it's great on some vegetables too. There's really nothing bad to say about it, it's a fantastic seasoning blend.

How to use?
i'd say i use it most often on things i roast, but i like to use it in salad dressings and other shit too. it does have a nice blend, usually i add a little extra lavender and basil because i'm partial to those herbs
