Btw it is time. Today we cook. Still making ridotto. Gonna fry short grain rice, add broth and stir for 20 minutes until my arm falls off. I might put some cream in it or chicken i don't know. And parmesan of course. White mushroom risotto

i did monethon similar yesterday. I grilled them on fire in back yard, made a simple dressing, grilled slices of sourdough added some fatty white cheese as sprrad and garlicky sliced mushrooms on top. It was good.
