It's a decent trade off and I really do enjoy driving at night with the cool air and the lights. It let's me think to myself more I guess if you know what I mean. But not having the sun is kinda depressing at times.

This was my dinner last night. Homemade carrot ginger dressing over brown rice, chicken, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots. Sorry in advance if the photo comes out sideways. Either 4chan or my iPhone fucks with the photo. This is super healthy and super delicious!

I seasoned the chicken with salt and a lot of pepper. I seasoned the other Veges with just a little salt.

For the ginger dressing I did everything by eye. I'd say approximately 2 carrots, table spoon of ginger, table spoon of soy sauce, teaspoon of sesame oil, two teaspoons of rice vinegar, teaspoon of canola oil, 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and some water. I also added a pinch of salt and a lot of pepper. It's a very loose recipe that just depends on what you like.

Are you fucking stupid? Taquería literally means taco stand or taco restaurant in Spanish. I live in the Midwest and still see them if I drive through downtown. If he's going to a legitimate Mexican shop there's a good chance that's what it's called.

why does my food always turn out like this?

>thinly slice chicken, then toss in flour
>grind szechuan pepper, chili flakes, cardamom, nigella and sesame seeds
>put mix in hot oil and fry chicken
>add teryaki- and worcestersauce
so far so good, chicken tastes awesome till now

Probably your choice of vegetables. I wouldn't personally use chickpeas or sweetcorn, and peas can sometimes be too sweet. It also looks kind of wet so maybe that's what you dislike. In which case, I would fry the vegetables separately over high heat, then mix it with the chicken.
