I like to squeeze out the nasty juice and eat only the meat of the wedges.

I cut them into quarters then supreme them with a paring knife

Although I've heard that you can actually supreme them with some weird chemical solution but I don't remember anything about that and I prefer to do it by hand anyways.

It's almost arousing sliding your knife blade in between the flesh and the skin and rocking the slice from one end to the other, gently sliding the knife along, cutting away just the shitty white parts and leaving you with a smooth, beautiful piece of orange ready to savor.

I don't. I eat every other variety, clementine, tangerine, etc. Oranges are shitty as anything but high-pulp juice.

I once ate an entire banana, skin and all at the same time for $10.

The skin is crunchy and fibrous but the banana is soft and is gone in an instant compared to the skin. the mix of textures made me gag.
