They removed naturally occurring fat from food. Because "it's fat free" is a huge diet craze among the plebs. Then to make it taste good again. They pumped it full of HFCS.

OP here. No this isn't news to most of us, but what I found interesting about the article was the modern historical context of scientific/medical dogma and the great social and health problems it can cause when coupled with misinformed governments and scientific studies funded by organizations with conflicted interests.

Is that meant to be a joke? /fit/ is ignorant about anything relating to health. If it weren't for the "fat raises T levels" belief, they would still demonise fat.
