Take away is unhealthy. Lots of fat and carbs. Make your own

Anything fried or otherwise oily or greasy will be bad for acne. Avoid fried rice or fried noodles, as well as wok food in general. Get thai curry with steamed rice, or something of the like, that isn't a fried food. Mapo doufu might work too.

I don't know about the health benefits, I'd guess that it's probably not the best thing in the world for you, but I like a good bowl of Singapore noodles. One of my go-to orders when eating out. Good stuff.
