I like to just mash it on toast.

There is an indonesian peasant dessert that involves cooled coffee and mashed avocado. Some people add condensed milk to it too. But my grandma would just mash avocado and pour in coffee to taste, then freeze it until it's mostly chilled. It sounds weird, but it is extremely delicious. There are a variety of similar dishes and desserts.

They are amazing in my breakfast smoothie every morning. Oats, almond milk, frozen strawberries, one avocado, and some protein powder. It's amazing! I didn't think it would be any good but i can never go back. Try it anon.

I like to make lazy avocado "sushi" rolls. I also like them on burgers (in my case veggie burgers).

The great thing about em is they're great for so much.
They're great on salads or soups as a garnish. Salt em and eat em straight for a snack. Slices in a sandwich. Rub em in your hair and beard, chest hair, etc. Keeping proceeding southwards. By the time you're rubbing em in your butt hair, your avocado chunks should be pretty mushy. Shove em right into that puckering donut.

Mexifag here. I usually just eat avocado on the side of whatever else I'm eating with a dash of salt. I hardly make guac at all. Make some fajitas, eat avocado with it, make barbacoa, avocado slices with it, breakfast machacado w egg w avocado.

This shit isn't complicated. It's just mexican butter.

It's really not as special as it sounds. We had an avocado tree growing up. My grandma would mash about 6ish avocados in a bowl with a fork. Pour some leftover coffee from the morning in, stir it, and chill it covered in the freezer for about an hour. It makes a delicious, cool avocado pudding.

It's extremely rich. And the coffee brings out this nutty, sweet flavor from the ripe avocado. If you want it a little sweeter, you can toss in some sugar or condensed milk.

It had a consistency like pic related. Sometimes a little chunkier. There are fancier recipes, try to google them. Like coffee/avocado smoothies or ice cream or tarts.

But this is literally my favorite past-time dessert.

You can do a sort of prawn cocktail thing that makes a great starter.

Don't try to make it fancy like this stupid picture, just mince up some small cooked and cooled prawns or frozen ones with avocado, a bunch of lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil or mayo to bind it, then spread it on hot, buttered brown toast. Takes all of three minutes if you use the frozen ones.

I do avocado, banana, cocoa powder, and honey to make chocolate pudding. Tweaking ratios can net different textural results. Also try substituting out the banana for coconut oil. Side note - if you let the bananas get super ripe they are often sweet enough and don't need honey. Makes a super rich and dark pudding. Also not too bad for you.
