You are a goddamed idiot. The way a peanut butter and jelly is put together at the moment of creation is vital. The jelly QUICKLY soaks into the peanut butter downwards, destroying the texture and overall taste of the sandwich. If I gave you a pizza with a bunch of cheese stuck to the bottom and nothing on top you wouldn't 'just flip it over'. If I gave you a hot dog with the bread stuffed into the sausage you wouldn't 'just turn it inside out'.
