We mix Fresh Ground Pork, Salt, Peppers & other Spices. We also add T-Boy’s Gravy & Steak Seasonings, yellow onions, green onions, parsley, garlic, jalapeno and bell peppers. All hand chopped and mixed well for that great Authentic T-Boy’s Cajun flavor!
