What do you like to put in your fried rice /ck/?
I usually put 1-1.5 chicken breasts, an onion, peppers, eggs, sometimes carrots or celery in there as well as soy/teriyaki sauces.
I've been making it a lot recently. It's cheap, easy, quick, it also lasts a long time and If I cook 2 cups of rice + veggies and meat It can last me 4-5 days of lunch and dinner.

I like to add those little tiny shrimp in a bag at Walmart. Cheap but tasty once you fried it right.

Beetroot fried rice. Pretty common and delicious, my suddha friend. You can make it with shredded beetroot or with beetroot juice.

>Are you a hamster?
no, but I do eat many hamster sized meals throughout the day. My two eggs + toast in the morning are significant compared to the portions of fried rice I might eat when I make it one week.

I did ham, chili paste, green onion and egg with a little excess salt. Classic combination
Carrots, tuna, banana and mayonnaise.
When special events with mole rojo and chicken or mole verde with pork.
Red rice always.
White and green onion, roasted bell pepper, carrots, peas, corn, mushroom, egg, garlic, lots of black pepper, onion powder, ginger, pepper flakes, little bit of Worcester, soy sauce, chicken or shrimp, fried in generic veg oil then finished with sesame oil and fish sauce. Rice must be cold before it goes in pan. Also turn heat up to max before adding rice.

Diced spam fried up, a few scrambled eggs, frozen mixed veg, combine with the rice, add the stir fry sauce at some point (soy sauce, sriracha, black bean paste, chili crisp, brown sugar, onion, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, ginger, whatever else you choose to include or reject), and fry it all up in a few tablespoons of peanut oil
Easy as shit.
