Connecticut. It gets chilly here but it's a far cry from Alaska

They do a better job, than 95% of BBQ-youtubers. Like proper recipes, proper heat and cooking time. The style is little rednecky, but who cares.
Ballistic BBQ is the other channel, that I subscribed, did some of his recepies, fool-proof, simple, but tasteful.
(I made the Kuro burger and the umami-bomb,and some other generic burgers)
