A Mexican rice bake. It was good but I only had Parmesan cheese and didn't use enough liquid so it came out quite dry

Shredded beef ragout with rigatoni and rocket.

Fuck you, man. You just gave me the craving for these but the pepper steak version. I suppose I could still duck down to the store and get them. I've been drinking though and it will be an hour and a half before I can eat them which will be fucking midnight. I'll probably be over the craving by then.
