Thoughts on my risotto?

How does it taste?

where can I learn how to arrange food on the plate so it looks fancy?
it tastes good

for example you can form a risotto cylinder and top with some fresh herb.
you definitely want it to be more compact, alone for not cooling down so fast

this
first of all, arrange it like anon said in some kind of compact shape; a block is also fine
to keep it from falling apart (if it tends to) you can put some fresh veggies next to it, something that will contrast in texture, so a bit harder or more fiber-y, since your risotto already has lots of colors in it
if you're eating it by itself, then that's that, but for example some mozarella slices or toast next to it might also look ok I think
also, a different colored plate might work better with what you've made
all this shit being said, if you're making it only for yourself, don't give a fuck; or arrange it nicely before taking a pic and then not give a fuck
Kind of a weird combination of ingredients for a risotto imo
agreed, shitty looking ingredients. Don't use freezer bag mixed veg. However, I totally disagree with all the people saying you need to mold it into a shape. Yours is just too dry. It shouldn't clump like fried rice.
Not a hell of a whole lot.

kill yourself
That looks like shepards pie made with rice.

Doesn't look like risotto but I'd still eat it
