So do any of you guys have/know a healthy meal that you can eat every day that covers everything you need to put in your system? I'm looking to start eating healthier but i just feel like there's an overwhelming amount of variety out there. I just want set meals for breakfast lunch and dinner that i can eat every single day that provide me with all the nutrition i need to make it to the next morning.

You can use my fitness pal to help with calories and to see how much protien fat and carbs you are eating. There is a nice list of healthy foods i have seen on fit, you could ask there for it
Or if you are lazy and dont want to cook you can drink soylent.
