Making some pasta for me and a work friend on Sunday, basically I'm gonna fry some cut bacon in a pan with some olive oil, then throw in some coarse garlic, then the cooked pasta, then chilli flakes and oregano, and stir it all around for a while and chuck in some chunks of feta which I'll allow to melt a lil before taking it off the heat. Then I'll put it in some Tupperware and add mozzarella. Anything you'd add to this to improve it? I'd normally go for anchovies but the supermarket near me doesn't sell them. I might throw in some smoked salmon though. Thoughts?

Yeah, I'd skip the anchovies/salmon. Other than that, sounds pretty good. Only thing I would say is make sure to use fresh oregano. Maybe have some kind of salad along with it too.
