Anyone else find they drink too much matter in too short a time? I drink a liter and a half in a matter of minutes. Since I became a spooky skeleton I can literally hear the water sloshing inside me if I run, walk, shift...

There's nothing better then running for 20 kilometres, getting home, turning on the hose and laying under it on a hot summers day.

Another great enjoyment is running on a treadmill or lifting lifting until you're bleeding sweat at night, then going outside in the cool evening/ early morning and shower outside in the cooled water.
