I just finished making olive bread dough. Nothing fancy, just flower, water, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, and some olives. I don't plan on eating any bread tonight though. Is there anything wrong with leaving it out overnight and having fresh olive bread tomorrow morning for breakfast? Or will it not be as good if I don't cook it now?
do you mean leaving the dough out all night and baking it tomorrow? that'll probably ruin it. are you at the first or second rise?

Yeah, that's what I mean. On the second rise right now. Would it help if I refrigerated it?
slice it, zip lock bag it, and freeze it. When you want a slice, take one out, and toast it. It will taste great.

yes, but then you'll need to let it thaw and rise again.

It's a basic bread recipie. What's wrong with a bit of sugar?
