Anyone a fan of tofu? I'm not a vegetarian, but I love it especially with it's with kimchi or a meat.

Not really. I guess it's ok when sliced thin and fried until crispy and dipped in some kind of sauce. I'd still rather eat meat or just vegetables instead.

mapo tofu is one of my favorite dishes

Fuck please tell me how to make that.

It's equal parts mapo and tofu, sternly chamfered until redolent.

I love tofu. I'm a vegetarian, borderline vegan and I have it all the time. I've learned to be creative in my preparation
ive had good tofu at places. it was light, crispy, golden brown
i cant recreate that. do they dehydrate it first?

I don't like the idea of being an effeminate girly man so I avoid that oestrogen filled crap.

I liek mapo tofu. A lot. Like, unreasonably lot. I can't be arsed to even use ground pork with it, I just use soy chunks since they keep on the shelf forever.

If you're scared of tofu, I don't think your masculinity can be saved anymore. It's more fragile than a leukemic baby.
