I've been eating them on the way to the gym every day and throughout the day, they're like swallowing eyeballs but really fucking refreshing and tasty.

Also packed with Vitamin C and B6's etc

Protip: Tea made from lychee peelings is said to cure smallpox and diarrhea. In India, the seeds are ground to make tea for stomach trouble. Parts of the bark, root, and lychee flowers are gargled for sore throat.

I've found them in Asian supermarkets and in supermarkets that while not Asian themed are owned by Asians. Just look around for something like that.

Asian Supermarkets have them in stock almost always.

As a personal preference, get canned or fresh Lychee. And especially try to find seeded ones, or ones that had the seeds plucked out. The aroma is much sweeter with natural seeded ones.
