Anyways, I find that nearly all popular YouTube cooking channels are fucking garbage. Don't believe me? Just find a dish you're really good at, and compare it to theirs.

That said, he's not infallible. His technique for getting a pizza into the oven was pretty weak. In his defense, this is probably what most people do in their homes. Looks fucking delicious.
