I managed an LC to put myself through college.

Yes, this is true, but a bit misleading.

The dough is made every single day, but dough does need time to rise before using it. So dough made on Monday morning is typically used Monday evening / Tuesday morning, for example.

Nothing wrong with that, that's just how dough works, but they probably want the normals to go "Oh gosh, this dough was made today!" or something, idk

Not a big deal. Cicis does too, I worked prep there when I was 18. The Hobart mixer was a beast though, it would churn out 45 lb batches of dough in 9 minutes, probably do 12-15 of those a day. That place went through some fuckin pizza

went into papa johns to pickup my online order.

They tell me the dough was too old, and the pizza didn't cook well. They showed it to me and asked if I wanted it or to cancel the order. They didn't have any more dough for that night. And they weren't going to give me a discount on the shitty pizza.

I paid online so the pizza was done paid for, and I didn't trust them to fuck my shit up even more trying to cancel it. They did give me a free cookie and an extra garlic cup though
