As a kid, it was a tie between oreO's or fruity pebbles. As an adult I favor Corn Bran, it's sweet enough, stays crunchy long enough, and it taste breddy good.

Frosted flakes is soggy shit.

Honey graham oh's, various granola cereals, cinnamon toast crunch, life, shredded wheat, reeses puffs, captain crunch, and muesli are godly.

Aldi had some sort of ginger granola that was amazing, too, but that was a seasonal.

I have a massive sweet tooth, so instead of eating pastries like a fat bitch, I eat cereal as a meal. A bowl including milk has less than 400 calories, so besides the macros being shit, it's great for cutting. 3 meals at 400 cals = 1200 cals, which I can cut at. TDEE is 1500-1600.

It feels very mushy and gross to me. Me wanting the mush depends on my mood though, most of the time I love that crisp crunch cereal feel with milk, rather than having it as a soupy mix.

I like the plain chocolate Kelloggs, the ones with the rooster on it.
