What do you think of this pizza, /ck/?
fine cuisine 10/10

Did you make that? The dough looks kinda like a pan crust from pizza hut that did not proof correctly.
Tomato based sauce
Lets add more tomatoes! Big mushy ones pham
looks good
>whole tomatoes and anchovies
When will this forced meme die?
>>7251162
>slices of fresh tomatoes on a pizza
>fucking whole tomatoes!
You're the only one forcing a meme.
>>7251150
It looks like a cheap frozen pizza and a failed attemp to spice it up where op covered it with jalapeños cheese and tomatos
Needs more anchovies.
>>7251124
>>7251298
>and the last step is to decorate the top of the pizza with this fresh basil we just took from the garden out back
>one basil leaf, two basil leaves, three basil leaves
>nah, fuck it, this is too much work, lets just throw the entire thing on, stems and all
>>7251124
looks good honestly
if it were me i might skip the tomato but I just find they dont add much
>>7251391
> Fresh basil grown near mount Vesuvius.
Yes.Hell yes.
>>7251413
I had a pizza in Naples from one of the places that claimed to have first invented it when I visited.
It was alright, but definitely nothing special.
Pompeii was pretty cool, though.
>>7251124
Looks dank. Tomato is a great choice. I find the subtle taste of tomato on pizza to be fantastic. Also, jalapeno and some kind of meat? Looks good. 10/10 I would eat this with some good ale.
>>7251604
Pretty much only watched that for emily browning, but it was surprisingly not terrible.
>>7251286
The fact that I had to scroll through almost 10 posts before I saw this saddens me
>>7251717
Nah, it was pretty terrible.
Also, Pompeii is an actual place that you can visit, just outside of Naples, but you knew that.
>>7251604
>I had a pizza in Naples from one of the places that claimed to have first invented it when I visited.
You know those "Worlds Best Coffee" signs diners put in their windows? Well "We invented Pizza" is kind of the Italian equivalent.
>>7252714
I was thinking of Pizzeria Brandi, when the Margherita was supposedly invented, and pizza first became a popular food.
Begin by gathering together all of your ingredients.
>>7251124
>What do you think of this pizza, /ck/?
B-but what does the pizza think of me?
>>7252931
She like likes you, and asked me to ask you what you think of her.
>>7252899
>Market Pantry
Haha FAG you got ripped off
>>7252899
Slice your tomato, cut your pickled jalapenos into halves, and mix your cottage cheese and secret aardvark sauce.
If you're into memes and that sort of thing you can use sriracha mayonnaise, but if you want to stay ahead of the curve, secret aardvark cottage cheese is where it's at. You can screen cap this, because in 10 years secret aardvark cottage cheese will be on shelves everywhere, and in all the fast food places.
>>7251298
>meme ball in the centre
>>7253099
Redistribute the pepperoni on your pizza base.
>>7251124
Crust looks machine made. Anchovies are an OK pizza topping, but anchovies and pepperoni are serious overkill. And why is the pepperoni under cheese and tomato slices? And what the fuck are jalapeno peppers doing on a pizza?
Looks like someone bought a shitty frozen pizza and put a little effort into making it worse.
>>7253165
>what the fuck are jalapeno peppers doing on a pizza
Jalapenos have been a common pizza topping for decades now.
Do you also think putting pineapple on pizza is a recent trend?
>>7253209
>Do you also think putting pineapple on pizza is a recent trend?
Read up on Hawaiʻi culture to understand why it's a recent invention but makes culinary sense from a much longer term perspective.
>>7253230
I'm from Hawaii, and have been eating pineapple on pizza for close to 30 years. I also know it has nothing to do with Hawaii, so what are you talking about?
>>7253241
Non-native detected.
>>7253288
>fuckin' poi dog haole
>i got 11% pure hawaiian blood in dees veins
>>7253209
>Jalapenos have been a common pizza topping for decades now.
So is dunking crust in ranch dressing, but it doesn't make it any less disgusting.
If you're using high quality ingredients, what should the ratio of cheese to other things? A whole ball of mozzarella broken up?
>>7253163
Add on your secret aardvark cottage cheese base sauce.
>>7251124
Looks undercooked
>>7253326
What would an autist like you know?
>>7253346
Evenly distribute your tomato an grind on a few cracks of black pepper.
>>7253472
Sprinkle on a layer of Asiago for some extra flavor and that melty goodness.
>>7253326
I've lived all over (aside from the south), and even had an ex who's family I'd visited multiple times in flyover central.
The only place I've ever seen people put ranch on pizza, or even dip their crust in ranch, was on /ck/.
>>7251124
I'd prefer that without anchovies.. they don't taste bad on pizza, but I really prefer not to eat it.
Otherwise it looks fine :3
>>7251298
Not enough basil, otherwise fiiiine looking for my taste <33
>>7253584
>melty goodness
>>7253584
Add all the anchovies you have on hand.
Unfortunately I had less than half a container left.
A full tin would be ideal, but you gotta make due.
>>7253746
Lastly, add your pickled jalapenos.
It's up to you how many you want to add, but they're not too spicy, so I like a little in every bite.
Throw it into your preheated oven.
>>7251124
>Burnt cheese/10
Also the fact that you took a frozen salami pizza and just slapped some extra shit on top of it just kinda takes away the culinary merit.
>>7253807
Bake it over a sheet tray of bacon for extra flavor.
This technically counts as barbecue, right?
>>7253977
Looks pretty good, hot out of the oven.
>>7254068
It's just a tad on the soggy side, with both the secret aardvark cottage cheese and fresh tomato.
Probably going to need to eat this with a knife and fork.
>>7254117
Serve your test slice with mug vodka.
Did I mention I'm the chef for a traveling circus?
>>7253338
If you're buying a ball of fresh mozzarella cut off slices until you think you've added enough.
It's your pizza, you decide how much you want to use of the ingredients you've chosen.
Cooking is trial and error; recipes are a good starting place.
Why do I come to this website?

>why do I come to this website
To read up on the latest Chinese cartoons and look at images of food?
>>7254256
The flavors are pretty good, but you can slather secret aardvark cottage cheese onto almost anything and get a Michelin star.
It's a bit moist with both the cottage cheese and whole tomato; best bet is to throw the remaining slices back in the oven to cook a little longer.
>>7254410
Preheat a half sheet tray and throw the remaining slices back in the oven for a couple more minutes, or until they reach the desired consistency.
When it's done let it cool, wrap it up, and move it outside to the cooler on the deck because the refrigerator broke again, but it's snowing outside so it's okay.
>>7251124
I'm not there to try it so I can't give a decent review. That being said, I've never understood people who put fresh veggies on a pizza. Sun dried tomatoes or roasted peppers I understand. Any veggies besides onions lose their water and make the pizza soggy.
>>7254068
The crust looks cooked but the toppings don't.
>>7254595
I get pizzas like that and the guy said he keeps mine in the oven longer to keep from getting soggy
>eating pizza
Are you 12?
>>7255132
nope. Are you still eating horse pussy?
>>7254595
i wrap all wet ingredients in a paper towel and press them with a plate and let them sit before making pizza. works well for fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. also cooking most of the water out of your sauce first helps
