I would have gone with smoked salmon ends added to pasta what's been dressed with garlic, oil, parsley (or dill) and capers, then finished with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Oh I love salmon pasta.

1. Dice salmon
2. Quick roast it on high heat on some olive oil and with crushed garlic
3. Make a cheese sauce of your liking (I prefer Roquefort & dill sauce)
4. Mix salmon with sauce
5. Serve with your favorite pasta.
6. Done
