I cut back on coffee about two years ago, best change i have made to My life so far i think.
My bowelmovements are less frequent and more predictable. I still drink coffee, but never in the morning and i try to limit my intake to about 2 cups per day (eurostyle cups, roughly 1,5 dl). Before i could easily drink 1-1,5 litres per day.

And this is coffee, not lattes with syryp and other shit, just black coffe. Im still bit of a hipster buying single origin coffee and the likes for huge sums of money, making it in an Aeropress, as a pourover or in my trusted french press, freshly ground in my expensive grinder. Fuck, im such a faggot but i love coffee.

Im giving up beverages with sugar added.
So no soda/energy drinks etc
I hope to work my way up to no added sugar to any of my food and then reassess the plan.
