New England Clam Chowdah is right up there, but then so are Thai soups. There are so many that it would be silly to have to pick just one.

I make soup at least once a week in the winter.
It's cheap, healthy, and keeps you warm.

Funny thing about the wonton soup, I ordered one from a ching chong restraurant a few nights ago and got a quart, the wontons were the same as the steamed dumplings. There were 10 in there and I also ordered steamed dumplings. Same dumplings, so like $3 for the soup with 10, like $5 for the steamed dumplings. I just thought that interesting.
