Mussels steamed with white wine and some other stuff.

I cut up some celery, garlic, and shallots, give 'em a singe in some olive oil while I clean and debeard the mussels, then add chicken broth, white win, and finally the mussels. Steam them for a bit until they're open, then instantly off the heat. Concurrently, toast bread w/ garlic butter on it.

It's pretty simple, but I do this or something like it two or three times a month and it goes pretty well each time. It has also gotten me laid several times.
