Lemon poppyseed cake?

Lemon poppyseed Bread/muffin/cake/etc.

Orange poppy seed muffin. 7/11's ones are surprisingly tasty.

Definitely some form of poppyseed cake/muffin. Could be lemon-poppyseed or some other citrus (those being the most common), OR almond-poppyseed, another popular but less common variation.

I identify the lower left portion of that ball to be ham and or/ turkey along the bottom. I believe there is stuffing, perhaps with water chesnuts or apples or pearl onions and definitely some herbs, and if it's not stuffing, then it's a weird meatball. Close enough. It was chicken with walnut and apple stuffing (despite just being a piece of chicken, the contents was more of a bedding than a stuffing.) It was a premade supermarket job, 70% off/near expiry date, tasted pretty good.
