>be last night
>hungry for no reason
>decide to gead down to kitchen for a snack
>grab a few crackers
>find some cheese
>notice the stir fry beef I forgot to cook yesterday still in the fridge
>hmmm
>take out a pan
>canola oil on that shit
>unpackage the meat while heating the oil
>season that shit
>salt n pepper for days boys
>put on a tiny bit of soy sauce
>throw meat in the pan
>let it cook for a bit
>take out a baking pan
>put the beef in the baking pan
>broil on low
>search the fridge once again
>come up with a red onion
>slice n dice
>season with pepper and cayenne and a little soy sauce
>throw it in the now vacant pan
>sautee
>take the meat out of the oven
>take a pita and put some cream cheese and ketchup inside
>put some onions in
>put the meat in
>its 12:45am
>I started an hour before
>can't get to bed until 3am
>sleep late and miss work

It took you an hour to saute beef and vegetables and put them in a pita?
Find myself not on the computer as much as I used to be now that I cook meals everyday instead of getting take out and shit. I'm actually a happier person now. On Sunday I cook 5 days worth of meals for my M-F job for lunch, then cook dinner everyday. Getting pretty good in the kitchen.
