Has anyone got a good honey roasted ham recipe? Most recipes online are for pre cooked ham. I would like a recipe for cooking with raw meat if possible.

You want to look up "home curing ham".

Time's pretty short if you want it for Christmas day though. You might be able to cure a thinly butterflied cut, but a whole leg takes weeks at least.
