Who /experimental/ here tonight?
I started off making some beef & broccoli due to laziness, then while the beef was going I lost my mind and dug out the spices.
When the beef was done, added some chopped cabbage and the broccoli, and added the usual salt and pepper and soy sauce... and then the fish sauce and coconut aminos and mace and allspice and chili powder and cayenne and ground ghost pepper and basil and smoked paprika.
Result is a goddamn winner.
What have you done when you lost your mind at the stovetop?
I put peas and cream in my carbonara, beans in my chili and kraft singles on my spaghetti.
i made a pizza popcorn waffle sundae when i was really blitzed last night, it was amazing.

I made bread rolls with lemonade instead of water/milk.
Was disappointing and not at all sweet. Could have used a couple of tablespoons of sugar and some lemon zest to take it up a notch.
