How the fuck do I make ground chicken not taste like cardboard WITHOUT salt?
I've tried onion, I've tried garlic, I've tried pepper, nothing works.
Do I need to marinade this shit for like 24 hours or what? I have so much chicken AND IT TASTES SO FUCKING BLAND.
Add salt. Also lots of herbs and spices.
Paprika.

Brown sugar.
I'm not even joking.
Break up the ground chicken, bust out the fry pan. Line it with a bit of olive oil, start to fry that shit up. Don't drain off any of the juice. Add brown sugar while you cook it, occasionally splashing in a little water to keep it simmering/wet. IT WILL BE FUCKING DELICIOUS.
Warning : Consuming candied ground chicken may prevent you from wanting to ever eat any other form of ground chicken ever again.
>buys the blandest meat available
>for some reason doesn't add salt, the most basic seasoning

Ground chicken BREAST or unspecified (i.e. dark meat)?
Did you try simmering? Set your stove or cook top burner to the lowest heat, cover, and wait for about 10 minutes. Set a timer
If this is ground chicken breast, then salt is mandatory.
>I've tried onion, I've tried garlic, I've tried pepper, nothing works.
The temperature was probably too high. Add them into your chicken-simmer along with other spices in order to have a blend of flavors.

Have you tried Celery salt?
You could make like bao filling. Garlic chives, shredded Napa, white pepper, rice wine, black fungus if you can find it.
