I usually use that for measuring tools instead of the mixing spoon.

Have an adult mince your garlic and your onion to make sure you don't open up your hand like I almost did. Add to sausage with some paprika and ground pepper.

Cook until onion softens. Using the spoon rest for you anon.

Next slice your carrots and peppers, and add to mix with chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

When boiling point is reached, add rice, and simmer for the next 20 min. or until rice is cooked. You don't see it but I did put rice in there.

Now is a good time to be doing dishes if you got nothing else going on!

20 minutes have passed! Next and last thing you want to do is add the peas and warm them up a little.

And there you have it, you're done! Plate and garnish with parsley, ideally the fresh stuff but dry will do. Enjoy!
