In a pan. Its the families go to quick meal because the shells take like 10 minutes, and I can get the ground hamburg cooked about that quickly.

do you have a strong blender such as a vitamix?
buy a rock roast, cut into small cubes, and give it a go. Brisket and shortrib together make for an unfuckinbelievable delicious burger.

Aka use a meat grinder for grinding meat, not a potato masher. A pain in the ass, but worth it if it'still what you want
