Have you even tried Twinings "chai"? Regardless of brew time or water temperature it goes grey when you add milk and can barely brew a single cup.

So don't buy Twinings. Tetley's alright, Stash too.

All bagged dust is garbage.
Their loose-leaf is drinkable, as far as grocery store tea goes.
Decent tea can be found online or in stores run by hipsters, and Good tea can be found in actual tea stores (not David's Tea or Teavana, those are figuratively and literally Starbucks)

Twinings ain't that bad, but most bigger grocery stores will have loose leaf for sale. Otherwise look for a specialty store or cough up the dough from a place like Whole Foods.
